Return Policy

We want to make sure you love your purchase, but if you aren't entirely satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right. Please note, this policy only applies to online orders.
 

What items can be returned?

Items from brands, Herman Miller, Knoll, Nanimarquina, Foscarini, and Flos are eligible for return within 14 days of arrival. 

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable. 

What items can't be returned?

Items from Bensen, Bocci, Lambert & Fils, and Moooi are custom/made to order, therefore can't be returned. 

How long do I have to cancel my order after placing it?

You have 48 hours to contact us and cancel your order and receive a refund.

What happens when something I order goes on sale?

Our policy allows for price adjustments on orders made within 7 days of the sale. We can only honour adjustments for purchases made within this timeframe. 

How do I return a damaged product?

Although rare, if you receive a damaged product, please contact info@alteriors.ca within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll let you know the next steps.
