Return & Refund Policy
Returns All returns must be pre-authorized. Please call us at 613-722-1661 before sending anything back. Returns received without prior authorization are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Because most of our pieces are made to order, they are considered special orders and are non-returnable as a general rule. That said, your satisfaction matters to us — if you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out and we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
Refunds Refunds are issued only in cases of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace. Authorized returns should be properly packed and shipped at the customer's expense — please email info@alteriors.ca for the return shipping address. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Claims received after this window cannot be processed.
Order Cancellations Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of 25%–50%, plus any shipping charges already incurred.
Shipping Liability Alteriors will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
