1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of alteriors.ca and any purchases made through our store. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Use of This Site You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission. Alteriors reserves the right to modify or discontinue the site at any time without notice.

3. Ordering & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Alteriors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Made-to-Order Items Many of our products are made to order and produced specifically for you upon purchase. As a result, these items are non-returnable except in cases of defect. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

5. Shipping & Delivery All orders include complimentary white-glove delivery across Canada. Estimated delivery times are 8–16 weeks from the date of order. Alteriors is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Alteriors and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability Alteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Privacy Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms Alteriors reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Cancellation due to error: You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions,products offered by us may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or like oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of supply of the services to you. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.
