Made-to-Order Delivery Timelines Because many of our pieces are made to order, please allow 8–16 weeks for delivery from the time your order is placed. This timeline reflects the care and craftsmanship that goes into each item. We'll keep you informed throughout the process and notify you as soon as your order is on its way.
Order Processing Once your order is confirmed, it enters our production queue. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your item is ready to ship, we'll send tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
White-Glove Delivery for All Orders Every Alteriors order includes complimentary white-glove delivery. Our freight carriers will bring your piece inside, place it in your room of choice, and remove all packaging materials — so all you have to do is enjoy it. Our team will coordinate a delivery appointment with you in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
