Description
In Hindi, Kala means "tomorrow" and also "art". Supporting children’s creativity and imagination to gain a better future is the aim of the Care & Fair initiative, which collaborates with nanimarquina. Kala is the culmination of an integrating project that sought partnership with India, the firm’s main producer country, in its design. The collection has been created by our team using original drawings from students at Care & Fair schools in India. It is the tangible fusion of two worlds through children’s eyes, which arises when beauty changes the world. Proceeds from sales of this rug will be donated to the organisation to finance AmitaSchool in Bhadohi (India).
